Senior Brand & Social Strategist
Position Summary:
The Senior Brand & Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating strategies to develop and maintain the company’s brand identity. Including implementing and managing TACORI's social media strategy across all relevant platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement with our target luxury audience, cultivate brand loyalty, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Brand:
- Meeting with various stakeholders and departments in the company to gather branding insight
- Handling competitive research to better set TACORI apart
- Establishing expectations and guidelines for the company’s voice to guide all marketing collateral and information across channels
- Analyzing data and trends related to branding, social & content
- Developing branding features, such as logos and marketing materials
- Checking for branding consistency in all interactions with consumers & retailers
- Collaborating with other creative team members on branding campaigns
- Presenting branding information to clients or managers
- Social Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing and business goals of TACORI, considering the platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and potentially emerging platforms.
- Define target audiences, identify key social media platforms relevant to the luxury market and establish clear, measurable objectives and KPIs for each.
- Create and manage detailed social media calendars, outlining content themes, campaign timelines, and resource allocation across all targeted platforms.
- Oversee the execution of social media strategies across all relevant platforms, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for content creation optimized for specific platforms, advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., influencer partnerships relevant to different channels, and other relevant activities.
- Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, sales, copywriting, events and public relations teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts across all digital touchpoints.
- Content Strategy & Oversight:
- Lead the development of high-quality, visually stunning, and engaging content (including photography, videography, graphics, and written copy) optimized for specific platforms like Instagram Stories, Reels, Facebook posts, engaging TikTok formats, Pinterest boards, LinkedIn articles ensuring it resonates with a luxury audience and effectively communicates the brand's story and values.
- Work with leading the content team (content creator & social media manager) in establish content themes that support brand messaging, product launches, and key marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to best practices for engagement and reach on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Performance Measurement & Analysis:
- Establish robust tracking mechanisms and utilize social media analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, website traffic, and other relevant metrics specific to each platform.
- Analyze data from all platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to the VP of Marketing.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks and identify best practices within the luxury social media landscape across various platforms.
- Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
- Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with key luxury influencers, relevant media outlets, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant blogs.
- Develop and manage integrated influencer and media partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values, target audience on specific platforms, and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and media partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships across all collaborations.
- Collaborate with influencers and media outlets on the creation of high-quality, engaging content optimized for their respective platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and media partnerships across all channels, providing insights on their effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage the negotiation and contracting process with influencers and media partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for collaborations on different platforms.
- Explore opportunities for collaboration with media outlets and influencers at industry events, product launches, and other key brand moments, potentially leveraging live features on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Community Management & Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies for fostering a sophisticated and engaged online community across all relevant social media platforms.
- Oversee the timely and professional response to comments, inquiries, and direct messages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and brand advocates within the luxury space across various channels.
