Position Summary
The Creative Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of creative production at Tacos 4 Life. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. While possessing a foundation in graphic design, photography, videography, or copywriting is essential, the primary focus will be on coordinating both internal and external creative resources to achieve impactful and consistent brand experiences across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction:
- Work with leadership to develop and execute creative ideas and strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative briefs, run analysis and provide clear direction to internal and external creative teams.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Coordinate with external creative agencies and freelance contractors, managing project timelines and budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment within the marketing team.
- Creative Production:
- Contribute to the creative process with strong conceptual ideas and design solutions.

Oversee the production of high-quality creative assets, including:
- Digital & Print Advertising (banners, flyers, social media ads, email campaigns, etc.)
- Brand Collateral (brochures, presentations, signage)
- Website & Digital Experiences
- Photography & Video Content (social media, training, marketing campaigns)
- Communication:
- Internal Communication & Support
- Gather, write and distribute brand wide weekly internal communications
- Work with Marketing team members to resolve marketing requests from franchisees and operators
- Guest Communication
- Guest Recovery Process
- Maintain the flow of the guest recovery process, from input to completion
- Follow up with local operators as needed
- Intake and respond to Google and Yelp reviews and website contact form inquiries
- Loyalty Program
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to build & execute loyalty messaging across email, push/pull and sms according to set strategies.
- Monitor effectiveness of communication and work towards engagement growth.
- Assist guests with loyalty program issues and fixes
- Manage marketing email
- Respond to all social media comments and messages
- Guest Recovery Process
- Internal Communication & Support
- Brand Stewardship:
- Maintain and update the brand style guide and ensure its consistent application.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate and elevate the brand.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in a creative role and 3 years of creative leadership experience preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Strong foundation in at least one creative discipline: Copywriting, Graphic Design, Photography or Videography.
- Experience in software associated with your creative discipline: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
