Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and supporting the overall operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with catering orders as needed
- Support the dietary department in meeting special dietary requirements
