Shift : 4x10's Tuesday-Friday 07 : 30-1800
Average Daily Census : 2-4

On Call REQ : Call 2 days per week 1. Every 3rd weekend Saturday and Sunday 24 hours
Floating REQ : Yes,Traveler may be asked to float to the surrounding outpatient clinics.
Blocked Scheduling : Unit manager will consider
Locals Accepted : Yes
Certs & License :
- ARRT (R) - Required
- MRTBE (AZ license 7-10 days to obtain)- Required
- BLS (American Heart Assoc.)- Required
RTO Restrictions : Unit manager’s approval required.
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
