Job Summary:
The travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery will plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs. They will identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plans of care for patients assigned
- Initiates assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions
- Manages care of patients
- Documents care based on standards of care and practice
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a related specialty
- ASN degree
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- BLS-AHA certification
