RN – Labor and Delivery - Travel\n\nNeptune, NJ |$2,326 | Start : 03 / 24 / 2025 | 3 Nights | 12HR Shifts | 13 wks\n\nBenefits : TACT Staff offers Day 1 Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Travel Reimbursement (for travel assignments), Sick Pay & much more!\n\nAsk about our $1000.00 Inspire a Friend referral program!\n\nJob Summary : \n-Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs.\n-Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n-Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.\n-Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.\n-Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.\n-Manages care of patients.\n-Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and / or clinical priorities.\n-Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.\n-Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.\n-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nSkills & Experience : \n-One (1) year of experience in related specialty.\n\nRequired Education : \n-ASN.\nPreferred Education : \n-BSN Preferred.\n\nRequired Certifications & Licensure : \n-BLS-AHA\n-NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.\n-NRP\n-ACLS, Advanced AWHONN or EFM
