Submission Requirements 3 years current CT / X-Ray Tech experience Required ARRT (R) (CT) Required Toshiba 16 Slice CT scanner experience - Required - MUST BE NOTED ON PROFILE IV Start experience - Required - Must be noted on profile At least 6 months previous travel experience - Required Cerner experience Preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Profile Requirements : Cover page (if available / not required) Work History Skills Checklist (current to 1 year) 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile Certification Requirements ARRT BLS (AHA) Trio 56451
