Job Summary :

The Security Officer Fleet Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, coordination, and maintenance of the companys fleet of security vehicles to ensure seamless support for field operations. This role ensures that all vehicles are in optimal condition, compliant with regulations, and meet the operational demands of the security team. The Fleet Lead works closely with security personnel, maintenance vendors, and leadership to maintain efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fleet Operations Management

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the companys fleet to support security activities.

Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and safety.

Provide leadership and support to drivers or other personnel assigned to the fleet.

Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other fleet-related expenses to manage budgets effectively.

Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety equipment and meet operational requirements.

Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, including fuel efficiency, downtime, and repair costs.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role, preferably in the security industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must have a valid FL drivers license.
