Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Security Staff: Manage, train, and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Site Operations Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all security operations at the assigned site, including patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and access control.
- Incident Management: Respond to and manage any security incidents, including emergencies, breaches, or other disturbances, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
- Client Interaction: Maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with professional security services.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports on site activities, incidents, and staffing.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company and site-specific security policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times, including handling any unforeseen absences or shifts.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments of the site and propose improvements to strengthen security protocols.
- 24/7 on-call: This position does hold the responsibilities having and maintaining a company phone. This phone should be answered and at any given time.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; security-related certifications or training preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations
- Proficiency in using security monitoring systems and technology
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skill
- Certifications: Valid security guard D license and FL driver's license are required.
