We’re looking for a Senior Application & Graphic Designer—an individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of creative projects, from refining brand aesthetics and packaging design to crafting immersive in-app visuals and compelling trade show displays. Responsibilities:
Evolve and refine brand aesthetics across multiple brands, from FeatherSnap’s playful, nature-inspired visuals to Defend Security’s bold, authoritative design.
Refresh and refine color palettes, typography, iconography, and brand guidelines to keep our brands fresh, engaging, and competitive.
Create high-impact trade show booths, retail displays, and in-store marketing materials that drive customer engagement.
Design compelling product packaging that stands out on retail shelves.
Develop print collateral including user guides, brochures, and marketing assets.
Craft immersive avatars, backgrounds, and UI elements for the FeatherSnap app, making the experience visually rich and engaging.
Support website design, landing pages, and digital assets to ensure seamless brand storytelling across platforms.
Work closely with brand strategists, product managers, and developers to bring new brands and experiences to life.
Adapt quickly, working on multiple brands and creative projects at once in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
Help push boundaries with bold, modern, and effective designs that turn emerging brands into household names.
5 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or UI/UX design.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to work across brand identity, packaging, print, and digital design.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma or Sketch for digital work.
A strong sense of brand storytelling, color theory, typography, and composition. Experience designing both physical and digital assets (packaging, booths, websites, apps, etc.).
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, working efficiently without sacrificing creativity.
A love for fast-paced environments, where you’re not just executing but helping build and define brands.
A team-first mentality—you’re an individual contributor now, but you thrive on collaboration and iteration.
