Job Overview:
Tactacam is seeking a Camera Technician to support our Returns and Repairs (R&R) Department by testing, verifying, and refurbishing returned products. This role ensures that customer returns are evaluated with precision and repaired to established quality standards. Under the direction of the RMA Manager, the Camera Technician will also provide valuable feedback to the Product and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate, troubleshoot, and test returned products to identify defects or performance issues.
● Repair and refurbish products to meet established quality and functionality standards. ● Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Returns and Repairs (R&R) Department and RMA processes.
● Adhere to warehouse policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient operations. ● Assist with minor projects and tasks as needed to support department goals.
