Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven National Account Manager to help Tactacam break into the Northwest market with a focus on security camera sales. This role will center on driving sales, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions for customers in the security camera and surveillance technology industry. To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of the security technology landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Ultimately, a successful National Account Manager will leverage their expertise to scale revenue, exceed sales targets, and help position Tactacam as a leader in the security camera market.

Responsibilities:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with key clients in the security camera and surveillance market.

Present, promote, and sell Defend Security Camera solutions to existing and prospective customers, effectively addressing client needs.

Generate leads through industry networking, cold calling, and market outreach to exceed sales quotas.

Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and projects. Continuously analyze the security technology market, tracking trends, sales performance, and client feedback to identify opportunities.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive account performance reports during Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).

Set and communicate ambitious sales targets to drive profitability and align with company goals.

Maintain detailed records and manage customer relationships using CRM tools.

Attend industry events and trade shows to enhance your skills and cultivate valuable business relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security camera sales, account management, or a similar field.

25 years of experience in sales, preferably within the security technology or outdoor product sectors.

Strong understanding of security camera solutions, market trends, and customer pain points.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM and BRM practices.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
