Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management Support:
o Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with retail clients or partners.
o Ensure all aspects of the retail accounts are running smoothly, from order processing to delivery.
o Work closely with the account management or sales teams to support client needs, track performance, and resolve issues.
2. Operational Coordination:
o Coordinate between different internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of retail orders.
o Manage the flow of orders, inventory, and products to retail partners, ensuring product availability and on-time delivery.
o Ensure that account-specific requirements (such as product assortments, pricing, and promotional setups) are met.
3. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
o Monitor stock levels for retail accounts, ensuring inventory is appropriately stocked and aligned with sales forecasts.
o Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product orders are fulfilled and deliveries are coordinated.
