Tactica Solutions is seeking a qualified Operations Support professional to serve on a team of experienced professionals in support of a government client in the Augusta, GA area. This is a Senior-level Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position performing on Government site on Fort Eisenhower, GA with requirement for occasional travel. This position will require the ability to lead, coordinate and facilitate new ideas into action while working collaboratively across multiple, dynamic projects and stakeholders in order to assist the client in defining the best solution through exhaustive analysis while working across DoD, Academia, Industry, and Interagency partners.
Typical Job Duties and Tasks:
- Evaluate & develop user requirements, concepts, specifications, and acquisition strategies
- Own and support ad-hoc strategic projects and analysis, as needed, to advise senior leadership
- Assist the team in removing roadblocks and obstacles in order to deliver on specified tasks
- Support independent technical, engineering, and operational evaluations of Mission Systems (GEOINT, SIGINT, Cyber, EW) to support Government policy and decision-making
- Conduct high visibility, sophisticated analysis to inform Senior Leader Decisions and support the acquisition, force modernization, force integration, and operational readiness
Compensation Minimum: 85000
Compensation Maximum: 98000
- Minimum 7 years of directly related experience
- Recognized subject matter expertise within Military Intelligence, Counterintelligence, or Airborne ISR with relevant industry relationships to support the Government Client modernization efforts
- Analytically Minded, strategic thinker
- Well organized, able to multi-task, prioritize and operate with minimum direction
- Ability to influence change and progress through superior level of communication
- Strong ability to explore, understand and communicability to explore, understand and communicate with data
- Interpersonal skills are a must
- Ability to expertly navigate all Microsoft Office products
Required Security Clearance
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
