Project Manager

Tactica Solutions is in search of a Project Manager who is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bentley MicroStation. Must have a good understanding of architectural floor plans and AEC standards and the ability to work independently and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience in project management methodology, be proficient at managing multiple projects, possess strong business and analytic skills, and be a highly effective communicator.

Tasks:

• Use CAD tools to quality control digital floor plans of buildings on military installations
• Accurately document space usage within buildings floorplan based on standardized criteria and attributes
• Utilize computing and digital measuring devices to generate highly accurate floor plans
• Maintain a high level of productivity
• Ensure detailed data quality standards are consistently achieved and maintained
• Interact in a professional manner with onsite personnel
• Establish and track project schedules, tasks, activities timelines, and milestones with the team and provide feedback as appropriate; maintain and communicate detailed project documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate project plans to ensure there are no deviations from the established project plan.
• Provide continuous communication with stakeholders and project teams from project setup to project closure. Schedule and lead project meetings across functional areas. Capture project meeting minutes and action items to circulate to project team members.
• Assure adherence to schedules by interacting effectively with and providing information to various staff and functional groups; prompt individuals and groups of needed results and approaching deadlines; and coordinating needs between project team members and various functional areas.
• Work directly with senior staff to compile project progress reports, including project overruns, missed deadlines and any challenges that could have an impact on timelines and deliverable quality.
• Possess a good understanding of contractual and financial commitments related to assigned projects, including project scope, deliverable dates, billing, milestones, invoicing, and terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Profile: Project Manager is a full time position with career progression opportunities. The role is assigned to facility survey projects CONUS and OCONUS. Assignments range from several days to several months depending on size of project. Requirement for travel is possible.

Compensation: A competitive compensation plus insurance and retirement benefits are available.

Compensation Minimum: $58,000

Compensation Maximum: $60,000

Requirements:

• Associates in related field
• Basic computer skills
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Physically able to walk or stand for more than 6 hours per day
• Ability to travel up to 100% in a given week/month
• Prior CADD experience

Salary range: ($58,000 - $60,000)
