What are the responsibilities and job description for the S3 FUOPS Assistant position at Tactica LLC?
Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Battalion (BN) S3 FUOPS assistant for the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade’s PED BN. The FUOPS Assistant will execute a full range of BN S3 duties with a focus on FUOPS. This is a mid-level Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position performing primarily within Fort Eisenhower, Georgia with a requirement for occasional travel.
Primary Job Duties and Tasks:
- Assist in the management of all aspects of operations, collection requirements and strategies in support of operational needs.
- Receive and analyze Operation Orders, WARNOs, CONPLAN, etc. from higher headquarters and in turn produce organization orders and tasks to subordinate units.
- Maintain all relevant trackers to keep BN S3 leadership abreast of current status.
- Coordinate with BDE and Fort Eisenhower Installation for the preparation of taskers in accordance with unit priorities.
- Analyze operational support requirements from BDE evaluating the stated and implied tasks and impacts to the command's mission and resources.
Compensation Minimum: 75000
Compensation Maximum: 87000
KSAs/Required Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Must be a United States citizen.
- At least three (3) years of experience working in an Army BN or higher headquarters S3 shop.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- At least six (6) years of US Army Intelligence experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of college-level education with at least a BA/BS
Required Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and willing to submit to Counter-Intelligence Scope Polygraph

Physical Requirements: Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
