Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division. As part of ACES, you will support F/A-18E/F System Configuration Set (SCS) training, providing critical information on aircraft software features and functionality to warfighters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering professional in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels.
- Collaborating effectively with test aircrew, engineers, weapon school SMEs, industry partners, and PMA personnel.
- Researching and distilling complex technical material for meaningful presentation to fleet Naval Aviators.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in F/A-18E/F mission planning and training systems.
- Developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of fleet aviators.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Science or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of eight years as F/A-18E/F aircrew (pilot or WSO).
- Familiarity and expertise with F/A-18E/F mission planning and training systems.
- The ability to travel (20%) to various work sites throughout the U.S.
- A valid state driver license.
- An active and current Security Clearance with SAP eligibility.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects.
