Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, self-driven Marketing & Partner Relations Manager to elevate our brand and cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, affiliates, and clients. This dynamic role requires someone who can independently initiate innovative marketing strategies, manage digital content, and serve as a compelling brand ambassador across diverse platforms and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner & Affiliate Development:
  • Identify, contact, and pitch to prospective company partners and affiliates.
  • Cultivate robust relationships that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Onboard, maintain, and deepen connections with current and potential partners and clients.
  • Foster ongoing engagement and satisfaction through strategic communication.
  • Marketing Initiatives & Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including webinars and content collaborations with industry influencers and partners.
  • Email Campaigns: Develop and manage targeted email campaigns. This includes designing campaign strategies, crafting engaging and personalized content, segmenting the email list for maximum relevance, conducting A/B testing to optimize messaging, and analyzing campaign performance to refine future efforts.
  • Create and manage engaging content for the company website and across all social media platforms.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
  • Represent Tactical Logistic Solutions at trade shows, industry events, and on social media platforms.
  • Act as the face and voice of the company, effectively communicating our brand values and vision.
  • Digital and CRM Management:
  • Update and manage the company’s CRM system for efficient relationship tracking and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain the company’s email list to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Trade Show Management:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all trade show exhibits, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Self-Initiative:
  • Proactively generate new ideas and strategies, managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.


Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills:
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with the capacity to produce clear and compelling copy for various mediums.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of online content strategy and creation, along with a solid grasp of the eCommerce landscape.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships aimed at growth and long-term retention.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Presentation & Persuasion:
  • A confident, seasoned presenter capable of persuading, inspiring, and motivating diverse audiences.
