Position : Design Manager
Location : Meridian, Mississippi (preferred), or Dallas, Texas (secondary option with hybrid travel to Meridian).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the design phase across confidential campus projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion.
- Act as an owner’s representative for design, collaborating with consultants, general contractors, and internal teams.
- Address and resolve design issues during construction while ensuring consultant deliverables align with project timelines.
- Regularly facilitate status meetings, track action items, and maintain organized project documentation.
- Ensure alignment between design and construction teams to uphold project quality and meet deadlines.
