Job Description: On-Call Alarm Response Officer

Pay: $18 per call

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented On-Call Alarm Response Officer to respond to alarm activations at client properties. This role involves conducting thorough exterior foot patrols to ensure the property is secure, documenting findings with timestamped photographs, and submitting detailed reports.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to alarm activations as assigned.
• Use the Timestamp Camera app to capture photographs of the building, focusing on designated areas specified in the reporting system.
• Conduct a thorough foot patrol of the building's exterior, checking all doors and windows for signs of forced entry or tampering.
• Observe and report any individuals lingering around the property.
• Verify that all doors and windows are secured.
• Write and submit a detailed report summarizing the findings, including the status of doors, windows, and any observations during the patrol.
• Spend approximately 10 to 15 minutes on-site for each call.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to respond to calls quickly.
• Smartphone with the Timestamp Camera app or the ability to download and use it effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills for accurate report writing.
• Availability to work on-call during designated times.
• Physical ability to conduct exterior foot patrols in various weather conditions.
• Level 2 guard card

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic security protocols and procedures.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
