Description
LRPs will participate in CSAR training exercises by performing roles such as friendly forces, enemy forces, or medical patients, depending on the scenario. LRPs must be highly adaptive, physically fit, and capable of executing assigned roles to enhance training realism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as friendly or enemy forces, or medical patients, depending on the scenario.
- Wear provided costume / uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and inclement weather gear.
- Use contractor-provided radios to communicate per the script provided by the Government.
- Participate in ground-based small unit tactics, as required, for OPFOR roles.
- Maintain proficiency in operating and simulating with small arms (using blanks), smoke devices, ground burst simulators, and MANPADS simulators.
- Drive contractor-provided vehicles across various terrains, including mud, snow, rain, and other challenging conditions.
