As the sole IT support for our clients, we handle their networks, upgrades, and device support with dedication and precision.
Position Overview : We are seeking a Senior Network & Cloud / Systems Administrator to join our team. This senior technician will be responsible for :
- Network and Server Maintenance and Upgrades
- Cloud Migrations to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- Cloud Administration
- Escalation point for Tier1 / 2 Technicians
- Project Management
- Perform network and server maintenance and upgrades
- Manage and execute cloud migrations to Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace tenants
- Administer and maintain cloud environments and services
- Monitor, manage and implement client networks, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Support staff members and maintain client devices
- Collaborate daily with the Head of IT to review task lists and projects
- Escalation Point and Team lead for Tier1 / 2 technicians
- Hours : 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM, Sunday through Thursday
- Location : Primarily based in our Sherman Oaks HQ, with occasional travel to our Van Nuys and Satellite offices

- Proven experience in network and server maintenance and upgrades
- Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace cloud migrations and administration
- Strong knowledge of monitoring client networks, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Ability to support staff members and maintain client devices
- Must reside within a 30–45-minute drive from our Sherman Oaks HQ
- CompTIA A , Network , Security , Microsoft 365 Certified : Administrator Expert & and Elective Exam of your choosing but run by management for approval. Certs can be achieved while on the job but will be required by certain dates as part of the hire agreement.
