Overview
The Senior Technical Product Owner will lead an agile team focused on building digital experiences to shape digital journeys that support Tactile Medical devices and therapies. This highly visible role will collaborate with leadership to understand the digital product needs and turn those insights into actionable tasks for the engineering team while maintaining the product vision and strategy. Your role will focus on managing product roadmaps and releases, defining product focus and features, and leading execution with the technical teams to bring digital products to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead an agile team as Product Owner to define, design and implement digital experiences that support and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with product managers and marketing to set an ambitious product vision, clearly communicating to stakeholders and the engineering team
- Work across the organization to create and maintain communication channels to develop product requirements and build visibility to solutions for feedback
- Define user personas and contribute to journeys by building workflows and wireframes to support the digital experience
- Review customer data to identify common traits and behaviors, create experiments to test and validate results
- Understand the tech stack and how the tools work together to deliver product in alignment with the technical roadmap
- Review and contribute to the development of the technical roadmap to support platform enhancements and improvements
- Drive sprint and market release plans with the Scrum Master, through planning, execution and demo, utilizing ceremonies and tools as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and cybersecurity
- Other duties as assigned

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
98,500 - $147,735
