About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Field Marketing Manager with focus on demand and pipeline generation to deliver and scale the pipeline of opportunities from marketing in North America.
You will report to our CMO and your workplace will be in the United States, in Chicago area or East coast based. You will join the extended leadership team in Tacton and work closely alongside the SVPs of Sales North America to ensure a healthy pipeline across all markets.
Your responsibilities
● Manage and optimize entire marketing funnel to ensure a healthy pipeline of marketing qualified opportunities.
● Enable the Demand Generation team of 2 FTEs based across the US to deliver a steady cadence of effective lead generation programs.
● Ensure agile approach in all team planning including sprints and standups.
● Incorporate data-driven ideation and execution in all activities as well as continuous A/B testing and optimization.
● Lead on content strategy to ensure high quality and on-brand execution of all activities.
● Spearhead marketing operations including qualification to ensure efficiency in automation and lead handling
● Build an effective team by ensuring individual development plans and high eNPS.
● Join extended leadership team and work closely with the SVP of Sales of North America
Key Skills required
- 5-10 years of digital marketing & demand generation experience and at least 1-2 years of team leadership
- Background in start-up/scale up preferably within complex Tech industry
- Experience with and a strong interest in growth hacking and agile marketing
- Experience working in an international company and building teams that may need to collaborate across time zones
- Data-driven with sharp analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and “80% is good enough” mentality
- Solid understanding of enterprise customers and long sales cycles
- Ambition and drive to develop team competencies as well as yourself as a leader
- Strong influencer and stakeholder management skills
You like to get your hands dirty delivering activities that attract leads that translate to pipeline
