We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Strategic Account Manager to lead business development efforts, expand our customer base, and drive the adoption of IMSE technology.
Job Overview :
As a Strategic Account Manager , you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading customer projects from initial engagement to commercial success. This role is open to both experienced sales professionals looking to expand into a technical sales role and engineers or project managers interested in transitioning into sales. We provide training and mentorship to ensure success, whether you come from a commercial or technical background.
This position requires a strong mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and relationship-building skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they understand the value of IMSE technology and guiding them through the development and implementation process.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand IMSE technology adoption across multiple industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, and smart surfaces.
- Proactively hunt for new customers, establish strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
