Job Description & Requirements

- Clearly communicates, both orally and in writing, to foster staff and patient understanding of treatment plan.
- Displays sensitivity to the patient's needs such as physical, spiritual, and emotional and evaluates response to the delivery of care.
- Supports and promotes organizational programs to ensure quality patient care.
- Effectively manages department/patient activities in a time efficient manner to ensure the delivery of care is well-organized and proficient.
- Provides quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to create a professional and respectful environment.
At least one year recent Critical Care experience in a similar healthcare setting. Previous Travel Preffered

- 2-Year Degree, Preferred 4-Year Degree.
- Current RN Licensure required for State.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA).
