You’ll utilize advanced clinical skills and cutting-edge monitoring technology to assess, treat, and manage patients with severe and complex medical conditions. This role requires precision, critical thinking, and compassionate care to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and their families during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, managing complex conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac instability, and post-surgical complications
- Utilize advanced equipment to track and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other critical indicators
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-sustaining interventions such as ventilator support and continuous monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, including rapid responses during emergencies
- Provide emotional support and education to patients’ families, explaining conditions, treatments, and post-ICU care plans
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
