Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and process orders
- Track all orders using delivery software
- Analyze clothing for alteration preparation
- Provide customer service via phone calls, returns processing, and online support
- Create invoices accurately
- Perform quality control for alterations
- Collaborate with a cheerful team
- Handle online order logistics
- Professionally communicate with customers in person, by telephone, Zoom, and email
- Document online orders with photography and CRM software
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot
