We have an outstanding Contract position for an Address Verification / Monitor Recovery to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer in bound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquires, requests or complaints, Offer knowledgeable efficient and cheerful service).Job Responsibilities : Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers.
