What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at TAD PGS, Inc?
We have an outstanding Contract position for an Executive Assistant to join a leading Company located in the Falls Church, VA surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
Responsibilities:
- Supports President and VP-level executives.
- Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of staff schedules.
- Arranges in-person and virtual meetings, maintains hard and soft-copy records that may involve proprietary information, maintains office supplies, and coordinates/makes travel arrangements.
- Provides general administrative support such as typing, collating, filing, and data entry.
- Some project coordinator responsibilities.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience.
- Requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft.
Desired Qualifications:
- AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting VP and/or C-Level Executives Effective verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Superior organizational skills and good analytical ability.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Project coordinator experience is a plus.
- Experience with making travel arrangements
- Prefer to have experience with Concur for travel, other systems are fine.
- Prefer to have some project coordinator experience.
