We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join a leading Company located in the Dallas, TX and Houston, TX surrounding area.Responsibilities : Manage HR Operations for exempt and non-exempt teams, including staffing, training, leadership / employee development and coaching, career planning, workforce development, performance management, salary planning, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and overall human resource compliance.Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across the organization.Actively manage organizational talent and workforce planning processes.Participate in organization-wide human resources initiatives, including leadership and employee choice efforts.Create and implement a positive employee relations program at all locations.Demonstrated ability to lead Engagement and Retention initiatives.Effectively manage communication plans and HR strategy for annual HR processes (, Performance Management, Salary Planning, Talent Reviews).Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation, employee and labor relations guidance, and day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Manage leave of absence process and transitional duty process.Facilitate resolution of payroll and timekeeping administration issues.Provide guidance and compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and transfers.Partner with Regional Safety Managers to ensure the effectiveness of company safety programs and initiatives.Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.Maintains Regional organization charts and employee directory.Other duties as assigned.Basic Hiring Criteria : Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field with advanced academic and professional training preferred.A minimum of 8 years of full-scope human resources management experience, with related industry experience preferred.Willing to travel up to 25%.Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.Desired Qualifications : Prior work experience with a Fortune 500 company that is well-known for HR practices is preferred.Demonstrated leadership skills and process orientation.Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with the ability to lead, implement, and facilitate change.Strong employee relations background required, with relatable labor relations experience preferred.Strong project management skills.Experience working in changing environments, managing through complexity, and driving change.Strong influencing and coaching skills.
