Destination Employer- Are you interested in helping combat the opioid crisis? Tadiso Inc., an opioid treatment program on Pittsburgh's North Shore is seeking 4 LPNs to dispense medication, complete documentation, field phone calls and coordinate care between outside providers and our internal medical department. Daylight hours; No Sundays; and 11 paid holidays. Employer 100% paid UPMC Health Care, Dental, Life insurance, 403B after one year.
Requirements/Education:
Founded in 1968, Tadiso Incorporated is one of the largest opioid treatment facilities in Pennsylvania. We offer medication assisted treatment, counseling services, wellness services, on site physicians, and recovery support mentors. We have free childcare for patients, while receiving services.
All of our staff members receive relevant training and education to remain current on all treatment methods, providing opportunities for growth and advancement. We have a safe, clean environment for our employees and offer many fun activities such as healthy breakfast day, visits from therapy dogs, 5 minute chair massages, in house contests, and other self care activities. We have a relaxed dress code that includes jeans and tennis shoes. Come join our team!

- Must be a graduate of a License Practical Nurse program. Must have a current State of PA License Practical Nurse Licensure.
