ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Related Duties:
· Coordinate, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across the organization.
· Develop and manage external communication to create awareness of Tadiso’s programs.
· Direct the planning and coordination of activities designed to create or maintain a favorable public image and raise awareness of Tadiso’s services.
· Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
· Cultivate connections with local, state, and community organizations, and manage speaking engagements.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government officials, and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities.
· Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
· Generate and edit compelling content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
· Manage and organize Tadiso’s monthly newsletter.
· Manage the execution of special events or other activities to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly, as well as direct marketing and communication.
PROFESSIONAL /EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or five years’ related experience.
· The ability to work with a diverse population.
· Must possess intermediate computer skills and typing skills.
· Adheres to patient confidentiality and upholds the professional ethics of Tadiso Inc.
· Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Valid driver’s license preferred.
· Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, the public and other entities.
· Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· The work environment is moderation in temperature and in noise.
· The position encompasses the ability to sit at a desk for long periods, and the ability to endure repetitive motion while operating a computer.
· Ability to carry 15lbs.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
