Driver/Reroof Superintendent

The Production Superintendent is responsible for supporting and coordinating all job site operations. This position supports our roofing crew leaders to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs in order to increase production.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the activities of our residential Production crews and report directly to our Operations Manager.

• CDL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
• Leadership qualities
• Effective communication
• Experience in the roofing / construction industry.
• Job site management experience.
• Previous quality management experience.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English).
