Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced field environment? Tadlock Roofing is looking for a Production Superintendent who can lead by example, inspire crews, and ensure every roofing project runs smoothly from start to finish.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person on residential job sites-supporting crew leaders, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping production on schedule. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction, while making a lasting impact on your team and our clients.
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple residential roofing crews
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are met or exceeded on every job site
Provide leadership and hands-on support to crew leaders and installers
Coordinate materials, labor, and scheduling to keep jobs running smoothly
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to internal teams
Serve as the on-site point of contact for production issues, resolutions, and customer questions
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in roofing or construction field operations
Strong job site management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
High standards for safety, quality, and performance
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
Previous experience with quality control or punch lists preferred
Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, tools, and crew management
