What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Coordinator position at Tadlock Roofing?
We are currently searching for an accounting assistant to work in our corporate office. An exceptional candidate is someone who has excellent organizational skills, working knowledge of GAAP accounting standards, is tech savvy, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent customers to request payment.
- Maintain A / R Reports regarding the current status of customer accounts.
- Collaborates with the Accounting Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned (bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)
