The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technician Trainee to join our team. The position will be based at our Eloy Facility and will support our PT6 shop. Your duties will include:
- Perform allocated maintenance services as a member of the assigned team
- Disassemble, clean, reassemble and test various aircraft components
- Identify areas of improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all tasks performed comply with all required work standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong mechanical aptitude, strong work ethic, positive attitude, good analytical & mechanical ability, and excellent attention to detail.
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
- Will need computer knowledge to make computer entries
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening and will be subject to random drug screening once hired into a safety-sensitive position
