- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish washing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in their designated places.
- Dispose of waste properly and assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
