What you’ll be doing :
- Under direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and / or nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2 / 3 I-140s, and AOS applications
- Work directly with clients
- Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines meeting client SLAs
- Enter and maintain data in immigration case management system
- Organize and maintain immigration files
- Work directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing
- Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions
What you need :
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters.
