About the Role :
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment for our big-box retail partners. You’ll serve a key role in our direct order process, from processing customer orders through assisting with preparing containerization plans to ensuring all customs documentation is completed accurately and filed on time. Working closely under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support direct order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for shipments from overseas suppliers.
- Develop containerization plans to optimize shipping efficiency and costs.
- Prepare invoices and maintain detailed records of shipments and orders.
- Act as the liaison between the company, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
- Utilize Excel, NetSuite, and other software to track and report on order progress and inventory.
