Taffy Event Strategies, a leading trade show and event management company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator to support our clients’ events. Responsibilities include digital marketing (website maintenance, email campaigns), copywriting, attendee and exhibitor prospecting, database management, and interaction with clients. Additional duties may include campaign performance tracking, analysis, and reporting, along with partnership agreement fulfillment.
Requirements: B.S. or B.A. in marketing/business or related degree and 1-2 years marketing experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player, capable of managing projects requiring input from multiple sources, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Proficiency in Excel; experience in basic design (Canva), email marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), and website management systems preferred. Travel to 1-3 events per year required.
