- Assists Clients with satisfying requirements for Business Loans.
- Manages multiple signed accounts throughout the underwriting process.
- Submits all relevant information on Business Loans opportunities for approval.
- Coordinates with Underwriting and Lending Manager to determine eligibility of Clients for Business Loans opportunities.
- Assists Clients with questions regarding pending or existing Business Loans.
- Collects and reviews all documentation needed to satisfy the conditions of the loans.
- Preps and sends loan documentation to client after conditions are satisfied.
- Escalates problematic accounts to Underwriting and Lending Manager.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
inContact Auto-Dialer Responsibilities
- Follows inContact policy and remains logged in to auto-dialer system to receive inbound calls and be available for auto-queued outbound calls.
- Updates agent status in dialer as directed by management.
- Remains logged in to dialer and keeps unavailable time (including wrap-up time) to a minimum.
- Dispositions calls appropriately to summarize the outcome of the call.
