The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
- Ensure all materials are released, personnel is scheduled, evaluate cost of labor and develop labor forecasts for budget.
- Resolve all issues with projects to ensure that the Company is paid for job changes and that the General Contractor maintains accurate and efficient schedules.
- Responsible for strategic planning, time management and project organization.
- Prepare change order estimates and maintain change order log.
- Prepare construction budget.
- Review contract scope and terms and conditions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma; 3 to 6 years of Project Manager experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations and collective bargaining agreements preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of project scheduling, project cost tracking and procurement.
- Highly proficient in MS Work, Excel and Outlook. Experience with estimating software a plus.
Salary : $105,000 - $160,000
