Taft is currently seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist to support our Indianapolis office.
We are seeking a Client Financial Services Specialist to support our Indianapolis office. A Client Financial Services Specialist maximizes firm revenue by working with attorneys and then communicating with clients to obtain payment while maintaining high client service standards. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Essential Functions :
- Generate and review accounts receivable reports.
- Review of monthly Reminder Statements.
- Meet with attorneys to review accounts receivable.
- Conduct custom collection plans for each client that consists of emails, phone calls and standard mail correspondence.
- Enter notes and client contact information in database.
- Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue.
- Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group.
- Conduct credit searches for new client intake, report results and make recommendation on client intake and retainer requirement.
- Assist attorneys in meeting their reporting year goals.
- Assist firm in meeting their fiscal year end goals.
