Summary Of Position

tag Outlet is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role involves engaging with shoppers to understand their needs, showcasing how our products can meet those needs, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, being comfortable with a digital Point-Of-Sale System, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule: Must be available to work 20-24 hours a week during store hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Actively drive sales
• Maintain inventory / stock levels and ensure that the displays are stocked and merchandised for a positive customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually overall appealing store environment
• Perform other business duties as assigned by Store Manager or upper management
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 2 years retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Competent with computerized systems, Square point-of-sale experience a plus
• Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, Standing, Walking
• The position involves constant moving, talking, reaching, grabbing and standing for extended periods, the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
