Tasca Auto Group is seeking a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our successful team at Tasca Chevrolet-Wheeling. This position requires greeting and directing customers, answering and directing phone calls on a multiline phone system. Hours: Monday through Friday 3:30pm - 8:00pm, Saturdays split 8:00am-12:00pm or 12:00pm-6pm. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team! Duties include:
- Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department
- Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
- Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Light filing and scanning
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
