Job Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and General Motors standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and infotainment systems
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of labor and time needed for additional automotive repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay up to date with rapidly changing technology
