Gary Crossley Ford is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our Body Shop team. This is a full-time, union position with consistent weekday hours and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and body shop team members with parts orders and availability

Order, receive, and stock parts accurately and efficiently

Maintain proper inventory levels and organization

Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts pricing and availability

Utilize CDK system for all parts transactions and inventory control
Qualifications:

Prior automotive parts experience required (body shop parts experience a plus)

Proficiency with CDK or similar dealership management systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
