Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue
- Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, and market analysis
- Lead and motivate Sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and career growth
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless sales and service experience
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize dealership profitability
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and legal requirements
- Collaborates with managers to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review performance
- Reviews and approves compensation plans for sales employees
- Coordinates with the business office to ensure records and analyses are maintained accurately
- Develops merchandising strategies and assists in creating effective, cost-efficient advertising programs
