Job Overview – Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) :
Join our client as a Clinical Supervisor in Bronx, NY. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical services, ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards, and manage a team of case managers to deliver high-quality care. You will collaborate closely with the Assistant Program Director (APD) and other staff to maintain program excellence and foster positive outcomes for clients.
Compensation : $40 / hour
Location : Bronx, NY
Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor :
Case Management Oversight : Assign cases, monitor staff performance, and ensure services meet professional and regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance : Conduct audits of client charts, enforce home visit policies, and review service plans to ensure appropriateness for client needs.
Staff Supervision and Training : Provide training to case managers, conduct performance reviews, and hold weekly supervision meetings to support staff development.
Client Support : Oversee assessments, service plans, and discharge planning to help clients achieve housing stability and independent living.
Program Development : Collaborate with the APD to design and implement group programming and maintain a minimum occupancy rate of 95%.
Reporting and Compliance : Prepare program reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor :
Education : Master's degree in Social Work with a New York State LMSW licensure required.
Experience : 4 years Supervising Case Management teams, with counseling experience for HIV / AIDS, mental health, or substance abuse populations.
Preferred : Experience in congregate programs and bilingual, bicultural proficiency in Spanish.
Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of HIV / AIDS case management principles and HRA Congregate Housing Program guidelines.
Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
